Returns

Due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of unused and unopened products in their original packaging.

Return window: 14 days from delivery

Include your order number and reason for return.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges, unless the products haven’t been opened.
